About Friends of Sellicks
What we do
Friends of Sellicks Incorporated was formed in 2015 to provide a vehicle for all those who live in or have an interest in the Sellicks area (postcode 5174) to contribute to building a vibrant residential community.
Principles
The founding Members established a set of principles that provide a framework for protecting what we value and improving our natural, social and built environment – these can be found on this website.
Welcome
Friends of Sellicks welcomes its members and non-members to quarterly meetings at the Sellicks Community Hall. We also invite members and the wider community to post comments on our Facebook page and to contact the Friends of Sellicks Committee by emailing us at – info@friendsofsellicks.com.
Mission
As an incorporated body with clear objectives and rules of operation, Friends of Sellicks is able to represent the interests of residents in a professional and positive manner to Local and State Government.
The primary objective of the organisation is to promote and foster a harmonious and actively engaged residential community in the Sellicks area.

No Fence for Sellicks
FoS fought for no fence to be erected along the clifftop at Sellicks Beach. In a victory for community and common sense, vegetation will be used instead. Chair Hazel Manning (then Councillor) in 2016.
